-The staff are outstanding and some nurses are very caring good listening, empathetic and Claudia, Kerry, Frankline, Petra, Emily, Dr. Olga.
-More attentive and flexible to meal design and time frame.
-More clearer explanation about basic needs (housekeep) of the patients such as meals, information notice board, laundry on the first date of the submission.
-The level is the major comfort for patients I understand the staff shortage but having the leave for fresh air earlier each day can improve the health of the patients.
-Control the type of loud music constant in the lounge.

Thankfully I only had to be in hospital a short time but the nurses are awesome, very kind and take time to listen and help me make plans for the future and have given me hope that everything will be ok
The ward is clean food is ok but there is much space , the garden is good but more seats out there please
Dr Barrera and the Matron carol were really easy to talk to as are most staff I don’t know who the manager was she doesn’t really speak to the patients the nurses are all fab Guy Shannon Dennis Alison Steve and Andras all really cool and so easy to talk to which was so helpful it wasn’t a bit like what I expected Thankyou for helping me get my life back on track

As an all female ward the credit in honesty goes to all of the above but out of most qualified RMNs get most credit
